However, you do have the ability to reschedule if something comes up. On the day of your scheduled inspection our general contractors will arrive at your building, on time, and complete a checklist specially made for your property. If all is clear and in working order, we will confirm the next date. But, if we see something wrong, we will go over the best option to fix and discuss any parts that need to be ordered with a best estimated time for delivery and another appointment to come back and repair.
